Do you have to use wide mouth jars in this canner?

You can use regular mouth quart jars for pressure canning. They fit perfectly. I’ve been using them for several years. The issue is, according to the company, that never tested the device using regular mouth quart jars. They don’t interfere at all with the lid no matter how they are placed into the canner.
